At 45 × 36 × 20cm it matches easyJet's published free under-seat size exactly, and it sits inside the 55 × 40 × 20cm cabin allowance most airlines publish. It is larger than Ryanair's free personal bag (40 × 30 × 20cm) and would need Ryanair's paid 10kg cabin bag allowance. A hard shell does not squeeze, so treat exact matches as exact.
