Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Namlo, operated by Suroj Aryal, trading as Namlo.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. We will send an order confirmation by email. Payment is taken through the payment method selected at checkout.

Prices and delivery

Prices and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling at checkout before payment. Delivery options, delivery areas and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your statutory rights are not affected. Details of cancellations, returns and refunds are set out in our Return and refund policy. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at admin@namlo.co.uk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts, and nothing in these terms takes away the protection of Scottish consumer law.
