The laptop limit is 13.5 inches
Not 15.6. This is the smaller of our two USB backpacks in laptop terms even though it is the dearer one, because what you are paying for here is the waist pack and the suitcase-style opening. If a 15-inch laptop is the point, buy the other one.
About the charging port — read this
This backpack does not contain a battery and no power bank is included. The port on the outside is joined to a short cable inside. You supply your own power bank, plug it into the inside end, and charge your phone from the outside socket without opening the bag. That is all it does.
It will not charge anything on its own, and the speed is whatever your own power bank gives.
