What water-resistant means here

That is the manufacturer's word and it means a shower rather than a downpour. The zips are not sealed. Do not treat it as waterproof.

On airline fit, and the expanding panel

Unexpanded it is 40 × 30 × 20cm, exactly the size Ryanair publishes for its free under-seat personal bag (checked 16 September 2026) and inside easyJet's. Expanded to 42cm high it is not, so keep it zipped down until you are on board. It has no lock. Check your airline before you fly.

One-year manufacturer's warranty on this bag.

The measurements and materials above are the manufacturer's, not our own. We have not measured a sample ourselves, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Before you fly

Which of our bags fit Ryanair’s free under-seat bag, and which don’t: read our guide. Or compare every 40×30×20cm bag we sell.

Pack it with: a mechanical luggage scale and a roll-up toiletry organiser.
