What water-resistant means here

That is the manufacturer’s word and it means a shower rather than a downpour. The zips are not sealed. Do not treat it as waterproof.

About the charging port

This bag contains no battery and no power bank is included. The port on the outside is joined to a short cable inside; you supply your own power bank. It will not charge anything on its own.

On the reflective strips

They help a driver’s headlights pick you out. They are not high-visibility clothing and they do nothing at all in daylight or from the front. If you cycle at night, wear proper lights.
